The coaching and team building capacity has led ARRO Associates to develop curriculum and lead Business development brain storming sessions, SWOT analyses and implementation plans both in Canada and abroad.
The non-profit work has led to workshops around media relations, corporate sponsorship strategies and political advocacy to a host of anti-violence, family service and ethno specific agencies.
